Instead of writing up a long paragraph to introduce TrackEgg, we've made a neat 1 minute video explaining everything.
Introduction
Setting up your payment processors
When you login to your account for the first time, you must set up your payment processors before doing anything else
1) Go to 'Settings > Set Payment Processors'
2) Select the account type for all the payment processors you own
3) If you do not own certain payment processors, it doesn't matter which account type you choose for them
What do you mean by "setting up" my payment processors?
TrackEgg just needs to know what type of account you hold in each of your payment processors. We do not collect any private/secure information.
Do you need my payment processor account number or password?
No. TrackEgg will NEVER ask you for any private/secure/personal information. This ensures your safety.
I dont see my payment processor provider/account type here!
Let us know by sending us a support ticket here and we will set it up for you
Adding a new program
1) Go to 'Add New Program'
2) Enter the full program name, TrackEgg will auto suggest one of our pre-existing programs
3) If you do not see your program in the list, you need to manually enter its information
4) Enter the program's URL (TrackEgg recommends using your referral link)
5) Choose your program type
6) Enter the plans the program offers
What are the different types of plans?
Period - You get paid based on a schedule (e.g. daily/weekly)
Term - You get paid AFTER a certain length of time
Variable - You get paid a variable %
What if my type of plan is not available on TrackEgg?
You do not have to enter the exact same plan that your program offers. Just try to enter a plan most similar to it. It will not adversely affect your portfolio if it is wrong.
What about business days or principal return?
We made TrackEgg simple, there is no need to specify any of these.
Recording a deposit
1) Go to 'Transactions > Record Deposit'
2) Select the program you made a deposit into
3) Enter the amount you deposited
4) Select the payment processor you used
5) Pick the date you made the deposit (today's date is highlighted)
6) Select which plan you made a deposit in
The calculation shown at the bottom of the form is wrong!
TrackEgg tries to calculate the approximate return on investment that you will get at the end of your investment. This is purely an estimate and it wont affect your portfolio if it is wrong.
Recording a withdrawal
1) Go to 'Transactions > Record Withdrawal'
2) Select the checkboxes in the first column based on what you choose to withdraw
3) Feel free to change the 'withdrawal amount' or 'payment processor'
4) TrackEgg will automatically calculate the fees incurred based on your payment processor settings
How does TrackEgg calculate my withdrawal amounts?
Based on the program you added, the plan you added and the deposited amount into that plan. Example, if you deposited $100 into a 2% daily for 15 days plan, TrackEgg will know that you will probably record a withdrawal of $2 next.
What if one of my deposits has matured and I will no longer withdraw from that deposit anymore?
Simple. Just proceed to the 'transactions' page, search for that deposit and click on 'mature'. More details can be found by clicking here
Using the Transactions page

What can I do on this page?
1) View your total statistics for your entire portfolio
2) View your individual transactions (deposits/withdrawals/referral commissions)
3) Delete a transaction (deposits/withdrawals/referral commissions)
4) Mature a deposit
I want to see the total statistics for a specific program!
Go back to your dashboard and scroll to the bottom
I made a mistake recording a deposit/withdrawal/referral commission, can I delete it?
Of course you can. Simply click on the 'delete' link found in the same row of the transaction you wish to delete.
How do I mark my deposit as matured?
Simply click on the 'mature' link found in the same row of the deposit you wish to mature. More details can be found by clicking here
One of your deposits has matured?
Scenario
I made a deposit of $100 into Program XYZ's 2% daily for 12 days plan which returns my principal. 12 days have passed and I have recorded 12 withdrawals of $2 each. I remember to record one more withdrawal of $100 because the program returns my principal. Lastly, I mark my deposit as matured and that completes my investment.
1) Go to 'Transactions'
2) Use the search field to find your $100 deposit under 'Program XYZ'
3) Click on the 'mature' link
4) You will notice that the $2 withdrawal row is removed from the 'withdrawal' page
5) You have successfully completed this investment
Managing your programs

You are given the ability to manage the programs that you have added.
What happens if I delete a program?
All transactions that you have made in and out of the program will be deleted from your account.
I just want to modify something that i entered on the "add a program" page
A feature to edit existing programs will be implemented in the future.
Your Portfolio

Your dashboard portfolio displays the summary of each of the programs you have added.
Why do should I set the status of the program?
This feature allows you to monitor the status of each program and acts as a personal reminder for you. The status will also be reflected in your public profile, so whoever is viewing your profile will know the status of a current program.
What is that number in parenthesis/brackets in the 'deposited' column?
This shows you how many deposits you have made in this program.
Show It Off
Probably the most powerful tool of TrackEgg, 'Show It Off' allows you to display a public version of your portfolio.
